The AppleCare Protection Plan extends the complimentary coverage on
your Mac to three years of world-class support. The plan includes
expert telephone assistance, global repair coverage, and onsite repairs
for desktop computers.* Because Apple designs the computer, the
operating system, and many built-in applications, the Mac is a truly
integrated system with vastly superior support. Just one phone call can
help resolve most issues with your Mac.
Get service and support for the Mac operating system, hardware, iLife, and iWork.
Mac mini, Mac Pro and MacBook Pro customers can also register one Apple
display for coverage, provided that the Mac and display are purchased
together.
When you purchase the AppleCare Protection Plan (Auto-Enroll) and a
Macintosh at the same time from the Apple online store, you are
automatically registered in the plan � and your coverage is immediately
extended to three years from the date your Macintosh ships. Apple will
mail you an AppleCare Protection Plan packet when your computer ships.
It will include a Certificate explaining your coverage, along with a
Getting Started Guide (Fact Sheet, Quick Reference Guide), and Terms
and Conditions.
