Dual-Core Intel Xeon up to 3GHz
Add quad-core performance to your server rack with Xserve. It features
two 64-bit Dual-Core Intel Xeon processors available in three speeds up
to 3.0GHz. Each processor includes 4MB of shared L2 cache and 1.33GHz
dual independent frontside buses.

Over 2TB storage in a 1U package
Configure your Xserve with up to 2.25TB of storage in three hot-swap
hard drive bays. Choose massive 750GB SATA drives or 15,000-rpm SAS
drives for the highest performance available today.

Redundant power supply option
For extra peace of mind, you can add a second hot-swappable power
supply and connect each to a separate UPS or power circuit. In case of
a outage in one circuit, the second supply takes over without a loss in
service.

Optional SuperDrive
Configure your Xserve with a Combo drive or double-layer SuperDrive for reading and burning optical media.
Lights-out management
Control your Xserve without ever trekking to the server rack. Power it
on or off, reboot, monitor, and more from a remote Mac connected via
Ethernet — no extra hardware or software required.
