We guarantee that within 2 hours of receiving your machine (being any Mac covered by the 2 Hour Replacement Policy) we will have you back up and running. Your same desktop and your same files.
This means that you can be back working on all of the files and items you were working on before your machine experienced a fault.
Time frames are, of course, dependent on how quickly we can get your machine, and get it back to you. If you’re local to our showroom then you can bring it in; If not, we can arrange for next flight services from a range of carriers to get it here and back, faster than any other method.
The only thing we can't solve in 2 hours is a hard disk failure, which will require investigation to determine the length of time it will take to safely restore your data.
